1.5 Email Notifications / Email Message Log

Email alerts are sent about every 15 minutes interval. For example, our system sends out email every 15 minute interval, 10.00am, 10.15am, 10.30am and so on. If Employee A applied leave on 10.05am, the email will be created at 10.05am, and sent out at 10.15am. If the email failed to sent out due to any technical reason, then the email will be re-sent at the next interval, 10.30am. 

Created and sent email log could be view from our system :


SECURITY > MAIN > GENERAL > EMAIL MESSAGE LOG

  1. You may enter a keyword, select the criteria and date range and search for an email. For example if you want to check if Mr. Tan received the email notification for leave approval form his subordinate, you may key in Mr. Tan's email address or part of the email address in keyword and change the selection drop down to 'To Address' which means to check all email being sent to this email address matching the keyword will be displayed.
  2. You can then see based on the Send Status if the email has been sent out. A tick will indicate an email has been successfully sent to the recipient. Sent Date will indicate when it was sent out.
  3. Created date indicates when the email was created in the system.
