3. Email Message Log

Location: System-> General -> Email Message Log

This is where you can find the system email log, where all the emails created by the system can be traced. 

The system stores details such as receiver email address, subject, time of email created and send status. 

This is useful especially for auditing purposes and to clarify a dispute.
