3.6. Setting Up Career Progression Email Policy

The system can minimize manual work by email administrator or HOD on the coming due of career progression, such as confirmation, retirement, contract end, et cetera. Once set up, the system will automatically send an email to respective person. 

To set up Career Progression Email Policy, you need to define what are the career movement that need to send notification, to notify who, template email and when to send notification. 

First, we will guide you on how to create a Career Progression Email Message, then we will show you how to create Career Progression Email Policy. This is where you decide which Email Message to send under a particular Career Progression (contract expired, confirmation of new joiner, et cetera).
