Here are the steps to check the leave application email notification delivery status.
STEP 1: Get the application no. from leave application from the Leave Entry screen
Leave > Leave Entry > Search employee > Select the leave record from the history panel:
STEP 2: Go to System > General > Email Message Log:
STEP 3 : Key in the application no. in the Keyword field and search with the criteria "Subject". The system will show all emails related to the leave application number.
STEP 4: Check the delivery status of the relevant email at the "Send Status" column. If the email delivery is unsuccessful or pending the "Send Status" column will be blank.
STEP 5: To check the email delivery date, refer to the "Sent Date" column.
