Creating User iClock v2

ATTENDANCE > EMPLOYEE LIST > 
  1. Edit the respective employee to assign / create iClock account




  1. Click on Attendance
  2. Click on iClock User
  3. Define the Login name for the employee iClock access
  4. Define the Display name for the employee iClock display
  5. Select the device the employee is allowed to perform clocking
    Example : There is 2 device location, 1 is Selangor and 1 is Kuala Lumpur
    1. Employee is only allowed to perform clocking in Selangor but not Kuala Lumpur. Only select Selangor clocking.
    2. Employee is allowed to perform clocking everywhere. Select all Devices.
  6. Select "Reset Password" and create the login password for the employee (Employee can reset their password on their own through the ESS after that)
  7. Save

P/S : iClock account is not the same as employee ESS account for security reasons

Syncing Employee Account to iClock v2




  1. Launch the iClock 2016 and click on the button on the top right (Refresh) to download the newly created iClock user from the system
