5.7 Attendance - i-Clock Unidentified User
Question :
I'm using the i-Clock. There are some unidentified users? What should I do?
i-Clock users will become unidentified users if they key in wrong username & password for clocking.
Answer :
Go to ATTENDANCE → ATTENDANCE MAIN → i-CLOCK UNIDENTIFIED USER MIGRATION → click on User Migrate button to edit the related employee → at the pop-up screen, select the matching employee from drop down options → click on Process i-Clock Raw Data Migration
