Recommended iClock Hardware Specifications

Installation of iClock 

1. Download the installer via the OneDrive link provided. 
   
2. Run the installer provided as an administrator (Right Click >"Run as Administrator").
   
   IMPORTANT   :  This is to ensure that the application is able to be updated properly.
   

Setting up MARK Key for iClock v2

ATTENDANCE > GENERAL SETTING > MARK SETTING > CREATE

1. Name the Device 
   
2. Name the Location
   
3. Select "Is Fixed Location"
   
4. Click on Save
   
5. Copy the MARK Key created after clicking Save
   

Register iClock v2 with the MARK Key

1. Launch the Installed iClock v2 and click "Register Now"
   
2. Input the Server API Address (https://hrms.iwowsoft.com/iwowhr/)
   
3. Copy the MARK Key created from previous step and paste into i-Clock MARK
   
4. Input your administrator name
   
5. Register
   

To ensure the auto-update for the iClock is working, you must have: 

1. Stable internet access for the i-Clock 
   
2. https://login.iwowsoft.com/ has been whitelisted 
   

Remark: The version 2020 and before might not have the auto-update feature, the admin user requires to uninstall and install the latest
