5.9 Attendance - Time Entry Detail Report Glossary

The definitions of the terminology in Time Entry Detail report are as below :

Total Actual Pay Hours
Pay hour - Break time
Total Break Hours
Break hours from Break Setting. (If any half day leave taken, then employee is not entitled to break hour.)
Total Pay Hours
Out time - In time
Total Required Hours
Normal Working Hour From Shift Setting (If half day leave taken, Required hours should become half); Non-normal working day required hours are zero; time off leave do not reduce required hours.

Total Short Fall Hour / Total Over Worked Hour

Total Pay Hours - Total Required Hours - Total Break Hours
