2.1 Attendance Report - General Tab

This page explains the features under the 'General' tab in Attendance Report.

 
 Report Title



Enter the Title of the Report here.


 Date Range



Use the two Date Picker to set the time range of the Report that you want to generate here.


 Day Type



From the Date Range that you pick earlier, tick the Day Type that you want to include here.

For Example, you may want to view the record of Off Day only for this Report, then tick ONLY 'Off Day'.


 Group By



You can choose how to Group your Employee for better viewing result.

For example, you want the Report to show the result by grouping all Employees from same Department under one Group.

Then you just need to choose the 'Department Code' from the 'Available List' and move them to the 'Selected List'.


 Order By



This is to arrange the Order of the column in the Report. Use the arrow buttons to move the columns from 'Available List' to 'Selected List'.
