1.9 Attendance - Custom Time Entry

Step 1, 2 & 3: Attendance -> General -> Employee List

Our enhancement on custom time entry screen allows the user to custom on individual items such as custom time in, custom time out, custom day type, custom leave and etc.




Step 4: Click Time entry on the individual employee




 

Step 5: Click on the date and remember to select the month at the top left of the screen. A screen will pop out once you click it




1) Custom Time In -> This is to custom the in time for the employee for that particular day

2) Custom Time Out -> This is to custom the out time for the employee for that particular day

3) Custom Day Type -> This is to custom the day type for that particular working day for employee

4) Custom Shift -> This option allows the user to custom the shift that the employee is working on

5) Custom Leave -> This option allows the user to custom the leave entry for the employee

6) Custom Compulsory -> This option allows the employee to choose whether that particular day is a compulsory working day or non-compulsory working day for the employee
