5.2. Create Custom Shift for Subordinate

Superior is able to create a custom shift if the available shift does not have a suitable shift for the particular employee.

STEP 1 : Log in to iWoWSoft HRMS as an Employee/Manager.

STEP 2 Go to Manager
STEP 3 : Go to Attendance -> Time Entry
STEP 4 : Click on Time Entry (clock icon) for the employee you wish to custom.
STEP 5 : Click on the particular date you wish to custom shift.
STEP 6 : Once you clicked on a particular date, a window will pop up.
STEP 7 : Tick on the Custom Shift checkbox.
STEP 8 : Select "Others" from the drop down list to create a new shift that is not available in the list.
STEP 9 : Set the work Start Time, End Time, and Break Hour. Press "Apply Changes and Close" then click on Save to confirm the changes.
