5.3 Attendance - Clocking Data Checking

ATTENDANCE > EMPLOYEE LIST > EDIT EMPLOYEE (Pencil Icon)


  1. The color of the date indicates the day type (See the next image)
  2. Red color time entry indicate Lateness/Early Out/Incomplete Swipe
  3. Leave Column indicates the Leave type taken (Integrate with Leave module)
  4. Click on the Date to check on Clocking Data
  5. Click on this button to see a summary of Total Hours in different Day Type


  1. Summary drop-down box which show all the Total Hours in different Day Type and Working hours in the period


  1. Custom button to Customize data
  2. Show raw data for entire period 
  3. Clocking data pushed into iWoWSoft system
