3. Payroll

In our Payroll Data Migration, there only need to migrate the employees' bank account details and fix allowance & deduction entitlement for payroll processing. Most of the Payroll details such as basic salary has been migrated in Career Progression. Payroll migration files includes:

3.1 Employee Bank - This file is used to import employees' bank details. Payroll will refer to the bank account detail for payout.
3.2 Employee Fix Allowance & Deduction - This file is used to import employees' fix allowance or deduction entitlement for payroll processing.
3.3 Employee Payment Group - This file is used to import employees' payment group which is used to define the payment frequency and pay items cut off.
3.4 Employee Income Tax - This file is used to update employees' income tax group.
3.5 3.5 Salary Entry Batch Update - This file is used to migrate employee's payroll history.
