Notes:
2. If the deduct leave balance method is based on current balance, effective date column is important to let the system know which year's balance should be deducted. For example, the user apply leave on 2 January 2012 and he/she submit the applications on December 2011. The leave shall deduct from 2011's balance instead of 2012. In this case, the Effective Date column is use to let the system to know the submission date and the system able to deduct from the balance of the year. (Only applicable to deduction based on current balance.) 3. The "No of Days Taken" will show at Taken Column at Leave Summary. |
