2. Forgot Password

Here's how you can reset your password.

Follow these 8 simple steps.

STEP 1 : Click on [Forget your password?]

STEP 2 : Enter your login e-mail address under the 'Username' column.

STEP 3 : Select the 'Employee' option.

STEP 4 : Click on the [Reset] button.

STEP 5 : Check in your inbox for an e-mail from system@iwowsoft.com.my. Click on the password recovery link provided by the system as shown below

STEP 6 : Enter your new password and confirm your new password.

STEP 7 : Click on the [Reset Password] button.

STEP 8 : Click on the [OK] button to proceed with your new login.
