4.3 User tried to reset password and system show with user name or email are incorrect. Why?

iWoWSoft System has password recovery facility to allow user reset their own password without relying on system administrator. User may get an error message whenever he/she tries to reset their own password using the 'Forgot Password' facility. There are few possibilities which may have caused the error message to be shown:

1. Username/password does not exist in the database or incorrect. You may try to log in again with your credentials. If unsuccessful, please contact your system administrator to verify on your credentials.
2. Email address entered is incorrect or does not exist in the system.
