6.3. Cancel Leave

Leave can be cancelled by following these 8 simple steps.

IMPORTANT  : Leave application must be approved prior to cancellation.


STEP 1 : Log in to iWoWSoft HRMS as an Employee.
STEP 2: Click Employee
STEP 3 : Click on Leave and kindly ensure that you are in the Employee tab as highlight in grey below.
STEP 4 : To cancel leave, select Leave Cancellation.
STEP 5 : Select the leave application number to be cancelled from the 'Application No.' drop down option. In this example, application no. ELA0000005600
STEP 6 : Move the leave date to be cancelled from Available List over to the Selected List.
STEP 7 : Click on the  [Apply]  button to apply cancellation on the selected leave date.
STEP 8 : The cancellation of leave application is now pending for approval. The pending status can be seen on the Leave Cancellation History list.
