The core migration is HRIS Data Migration which migrates employees' HR information such as personal details, working experience, education and etc. It is compulsory to migration the HR information before proceeding to Leave or Payroll data migration. There are some compulsory information, hence here is the explanation for the HRIS migration files. The HRIS migration files include:
  1. Employee Details - This file is used to import employees' personal details such as employee no, name, date of birth, identity card no, statutory account no and etc. It includes the Employee Self Service setting which will guide by iWoWTeam on the setting. The file is mandatory and compulsory migration file which need to migrate first before proceed to migrate career progression. (Compulsory)
  2. Career Progression - This file is used to import employees' career movement records such new join, confirmation, promotion and etc. The file includes Employee Salary Setup configurations such as Basic Salary, Payment Group, Payment Method and etc. (Compulsory)
  3. Employee Miscellaneous - This file is used to import employees' other information such home address, mailing address, height, weight, marital status, no of child and etc.(Compulsory for Payroll & Leave Module)
  4. Employee Emergency Contact - This file is used to import employees' emergency contact with contact person's name, address and contact no.
  5. Employee Family - This file is used to import employees' family details. 
  6. Employee Working Experience - This file is used to import details of employees' previous employment. 
  7. Employee Education - This file is used to import employees' education details.
