The reason of setting up a Career Progression Email Job Group is that you want to customize Career Progression Email Policy for certain group of Employee. It may be due to different rules apply to them, such as different probation period, different contract period, et cetera.
For example, you can decide different rules for 'Finance Section' and 'Management Section' (Description). That means all the rules that you set under Career Progression Email Policy will ONLY apply to 'Finance Section' and 'Management Section'.
Now, let us show you how we do set up for Career Progression Email Job Group.
1. Firstly, go to HRIS -> Career Progression Email -> Career Progression Email Job Group, you will see the screen below:
2. You need to configure the default Job Group workflow in order to proceed the Career Progression Email target group setting. After select the job group to be used for the system to send the career progression email alert based on the job group has been configured.
