Creating a new Unit Rate Group is simple and straight forward. 

Step 1, 2 & 3: Go to Main -> Payroll -> Unit Rate Setting -> Unit Rate Group, 

Step 4: Click 'Create' button. 

Step 5 : Enter the name of the new Unit Rate Group in the column

Step 6: click 'Save' button.
