Step 7.1. Create Unit Rate Description

To create a Unit Rate Description, Follow these steps below.

Step 1 ,2 & 3: go to Payroll ->  Unit Rate Setting -> Unit Rate Description Setting

 

Step 4: Click 'Create' button, 

Step 5: Enter the name of your new Unit Rate Description in the Description column. 

Step 6: Sequence Number is for you to decide where this Unit Rate Description will be placed among the other Unit Rate Descriptions. If you enter 1, then it will be display first before other Unit Rate Description that have a Sequence Number higher than 1. 

Step 7: GL Group, Credit GL Group and Debit GL Code are items for Accounting software only. 

Step 8: Click 'Save' button to finish creating Unit Rate Description.
