Step 6.1. Create Overtime Description

First, you need to create Overtime description in the system. 

Step 1 , 2 & 3: Go to Payroll -> Overtime Setting -> Overtime Description Setting.


Step 4: Click 'Create' to add a new overtime description.

 

Step 5: Enter the name in the column 'Description'.

Step 6: Then enter the sequence number that you want this Overtime Description to appear on the list. For example, if you key in 1, then this Overtime Description will appear before other Overtime Descriptions that have sequence value more than 1. 

Step 7: These columns (GL settings) are used for Accounting applications only. 


Step 8: Click 'Save' and you have just created a new Overtime Description.
