Step 2.0. Create Cut Off Period

Step 1, 2 & 3: Go to System -> General -> Cut Off Setting,









Step 4: click 'Create' button.


 


Step 5: Key in the Code and Description for the new Cut Off Setting that you are going to create.

Step 6: Select the right period for cut off, such as Monthly, Weekly or Yearly,

Step 7: Define the day and month for the Cut Off Period. 

Step 8: Click 'Save' button.
