5. How to Re-push the Past Date Clocking Data to iWoW Attendance?

The auto push engine is separate application from iWoWHRMS which will auto push the clocking data into iWoWHRMS database. 

There are some circumstances where user need to manual push the clocking data from their attendance clocking terminal to iWoW server, such as correction of data from attendance clocking. Before manual push data, it need to stop the auto push services to avoid double upload of raw data. Here are the steps to stop the auto push service:

Steps to stop auto push service:

  1. Click on Run.
  2. Type "services.msc" and enter.
  3. Right click to stop the service of "iWoW Attendance Sync".

(Please take note: The auto push service must be enabled once the manual push is done.)

You may follow the steps below to re-push past date clocking data to iWoW attendance:

Steps:

  1. Go to iWoW Attendance Sync application.
  2. Click on Setup as screen below. 
  3. If you wish to re-push clocking data for 50 days before, you need to update the Duplicate Record Checking Day Count Limit as 50 days. (Please note: after the manual push, you need to re-update the field back up 5 days else may caused the auto push engine slow in push as the engine will check the record for 50 days before.)
  4. Click on Save button.





                6. Click on Process menu and popup show as below:




                7. Tick on Skip Duplicate Record and click on Extract button. (The program may stay for a while after click on Extract button.)

                8. Click on Push button in order for the system to push the clocking data to iWoW database.
