Email Payslip

Our all new Email Payslip task feature allows the system to send email payslip to employee email address automatically at the end of the day once the administrator has release the payslip for particular payment period in a month.

Note: For first time user, kindly contact our support team and notify us that you would like to use this feature.

Once our support team has notified you that you may proceed with the settings, you may follow the steps below:


Step 1: To enable the Email Payslip in Payroll Module, go to Payroll -> Main -> General -> Lock Payroll, Release Payslip/EA Form -> Click on "Payslip Release tab" -> Click on "Email Payslip Setting".



Step 2: Configure the Email Payslip Setup.

  • 1) Email Payslip Format -> Choose the desired payslip format which you would like to use.
  • 2) Email Payslip Password Mode -> Select the password mode which will be used by employees to open their email payslip (Either by Date of birth, IC Number or combination of Date of Birth and IC Number).
  • 3) Tick on the 'Enabled Email Payslip' checkbox to enable email payslip.


Step 3: Click unlock on the payment period that you wish to release payslip and system will send the email payslip to all the employees at the end of the day.

Please ensure you have selected the correct payment year before releasing the email payslip.


Send Individual Email Payslip

Sometimes, you may need to re-send the email payslip for individual, iWoWHRMS able to send individual payslip with the steps below:

  1. Go to "Employee List" under Payroll module.
  2. Select the desired  payment year and month.
  3. Click on the "Salary Entry" icon ($) for the employee to whom you will send the individual payslip. 
  4. Click on "Send Payslip" button to send the individual email payslip to your employee. 
The "Send Payslip" feature will only appear on salary entry screen after the payslip being released and the email payslip has been activated.
