5. Employee Information Update

Here's how you can update your personal information.

Follow these 8 simple steps.

STEP 1 : Login to iWoW HRMS as Employee.

STEP 2 : Go to Employee > Personal > Personal Detail.

STEP 3 : At the Employee Personal Detail screen, update on the changes you'd like to make. In this example, Birth Place.

STEP 4 : Click on Submit button.

STEP 5 : A pop-up message will prompt you that "Your changes has been submitted for approval." Click on  [Ok]

 You may repeat Step 2 to Step 5 to update your other personal information. For example, your Emergency Contact, Miscellaneous, Family and so on.
  You will receive an e-mail notification upon your submission. You will also receive e-mail notification once your approver has approved or rejected your submission.

STEP 6 : If you'd like to check the status of your submission, you may click on the Show Changes button.

STEP 7 : A pop-up screen will list the status of your submission. Click on View Details to see your submission.

STEP 8 : A pop-up screen will show you the details of your submission.
