Location: Main -> Payroll -> General-> Lock Payroll, Release Payslip / EA Form -> Payslip Release
At the Payslip Release tab, select the Email Payslip Setting option to configure the default payslip format.
On the "Email Payslip Setting" pop-up box :
Step 1 : Select your preferred payslip format
Step 2 : To display payment cut off range in the payslip, enable the check box "Show cut off date range in payslip?" if required. Otherwise, ensure it is unticked.
Step 3 : This section enable password protection for the payslip which is generated. The password can be set by administrator or employee. There are 3 different modes of password, which are :
- IC
- D.O.B (Date Of Birth)
- IC + D.O.B (Date Of Birth)
Step 4 : To enable email payslip, tick the check box "Enable Email Payslip". Otherwise, ensure it is unticked.
Note : Email payslip feature functions to send the payslip via email to employees. The email payslip will not be sent out immediately upon payslip release. Instead, it will be generated based on the system task scheduler.
Step 5 : Save the setting.
