5.13 Payroll Calendar Group Setting

Location: Payroll -> General Setting -> Payroll Calendar Group Setting



 Description
Enter the Description for the new Payroll Calendar Group in the column here. 
 Working Hours Per Day
Enter the number of Working Hours Per Day based on your Company's policy. 
 Days to be Excluded
Tick the Days that to be excluded from the Calendar as Working Day. In other words, tick those that are NOT Working Days. 
 Calendar 

This is the calendar cut off date for the payroll. You can select 'User Defined' to define a fixed date for the payroll cut off date.
