4.2 Benefits In Kind (BIK) Wizard

Step 1: Payroll -> Utility-> Recurring BIK Wizard



Step 2: Wizard Step 1 - Select BIK

  1. Search and select the employee to set the Benefits In Kind
  2. Select the Benefit in Kind and Year of the benefit given
  3. Click Next Step


Step 3: Wizard Step 2 - BIK Setup
  1. Set the Payment Period From/To and Annual Amount = Total amount in the whole year
  2. Key in the BIK details 
  3. Click On Next Step


Step 4: Step 3: BIK Verification
  1. Adjust the amount for each period if needed
  2. Click On Next Step


Step 5: Step 4: BIK Summary
  1. Counter check the details of the BIK
  2. Click on Confirm
