3. Career Progression Submission
Here's how you can propose career movement for a subordinate.
Complete the Career Movement form.
STEP 1 : Go to Manager > HRIS
STEP 2 : Click on New Employee Career Movement Submission.
STEP 3 : At the New Employee Career Movement Submission screen, click on the New Submission button.
STEP 4 : You may type in your subordinate's name or number to Search.
STEP 5 : Your search result will be displayed in a drop down list next to it.
STEP 6 : After completing the Career Movement form, you may click on the Submit button.
Note that Effective Date and Career Progression Type are compulsory fields.
