Here's how you can submit a new joined employee.
Follow the New Joined Employee Submission wizard.
STEP 1 : Go to Manager > HRIS > Employee List
STEP 2 : Click on New Joined Employee Submission.
STEP 3 : At the New Joined Employee Submission screen, click on the New Submission button.
STEP 4 : At Step 1 of the wizard, key in the employee's Personal Details. Then, click on Next.
Note that Display Name and New I/C are compulsory fields.
STEP 5 : At Step 2 of the wizard, key in the employee's Miscellaneous Info. Then, click on Next.
Note that Home Address is a compulsory field.
STEP 6 : At Step 3 of the wizard, key in the employee's Bank Info. Then, click on Next.
STEP 7 : At Step 4 of the wizard, key in the employee's Career Progression Info. Then, click on Next.
Note that Join Date is a compulsory field.
STEP 8 : At Step 5 of the wizard, key in the employee's Salary Info. Then, click on Next.
STEP 9 : At Step 6 of the wizard, select the employee's ESS login. Finally, click on Submit.
