2.5.3. Confirmation Management Wizard

To use the Confirmation Management Wizard for confirmation career progression, you will need to create the Career Progression Task.

1) Go to HRIS -> HRIS Main -> Career Progression Task Management


2) You will need to create the Career Progression Task. Click on the 'Create' button.


3) Select the 'Option 1: Confirm Management'


4) Select the employee from the drop down list and career progression date

  • Step 1: Select the employee from the drop down list
  • Step 2: Select the confirmation date
  • Step 3: Select the career progression description
  • Step 4: Select the first service date if you would like to change it (Note: Please tick on the 'Is First Service Date Customed' if you custom the service date)


5) Select the GPS Group, Holiday & Other Setting, Expense Group, Leave Group & Immediate Superior

  • Step 1: Select the Group Policy and Schedule for the employee
  • Step 2: Select the Holiday Calendar that this employee is assigned to
  • Step 3: Select the Expense Group for the employee
  • Step 4: Select the Leave Group that the employee is assigned to
  • Step 5: Select the employee Immediate Superior
  • Step 6 (optional): Select the employee Alternate Superior


6) Select the employee Job Group accordingly


7) You may key in additional remark in this section if needed such as previous employee number if they are re-join or convert to permanent staff.


8) Key in the Basic Salary information for the employee


9) Select the Allowance, Unit Rate, Deduction, Deduction Rate, Overtime and Daily Rate Group


10) Select the employee Statutory settings


11) Once all the information has been keyed in accordingly, you click 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen. System will create the career progression record accordingly in the Career Progression screen.
