2.2.1 HRIS Report Layout

In general, the report layout for all the reports under HRIS Report is similar to each other, the difference is the data downloaded and the format presented. 

Below is the description of each of the key components in the Report Layout.

You can navigate to other pages by clicking employee master at Step 1. It applies for every page that has breadcrumb.

       

 Payment Group type
Choose the type of Payment Group you want. Only applicable to Payroll Report.

 Payment Year
Choose which month and Payment Period that you want to process. Only applicable to Payroll Report.


 Report Format
Choose your report format here

Preview Option
Choose whether you want to preview the reports or export directly. Click on the drop down list to choose the type of files that you want. Once decided, click on the 'Generate' button. 

Smart Filter and Advanced Search 

 If you set any Smart Filter profile earlier, you can choose your preferred filter here. Or you can also use the Advanced Search feature here to help you to get your faster. 

 Report Setting

 You can view other settings to setup on the report
Password

You can encrypt your report by adding Password to it. Just type your preferred password here. 

 Report Title

 This will be the title of your report. You can also key in the report title that you want here. 

 Selection List

This is the Selection List area. Typically there are two Selection List in each report, but some of the report will have more.

 'Select All' button


System will select all criteria on the left if you click this button. However, the maximum number of criteria that you can choose. 

'Select' button


Select one single criteria. You need to select at least one criteria under the 'Available List' 
 'Deselect' button



To remove the previously selected criteria. You need to choose a criteria under the 'Selected List' 

  'Deselect All' button


Reminder 
Maximum number of criteria you can select at one time is only 5
