An advance claim is made to obtain money from the company for use while away on work-related business. This tutorial will provide a step-by-step guide to apply for an advance claim using the iwowsoft HRMS mobile app.
STEP 1: Log in to iWoWSoft Mobile Application by keying in your username and password.
*Note: Use the same Username and password used on the iWoWsoft HRMS website.
STEP 2: Upon login you will be directed to the page shown below. Select menu, followed by Expenses on the pull-right menu.
STEP 3: In the Expense page, select Advance claim, followed by Request Advance Claim which will lead you to the Advance Claim Application page as shown below.
STEP 4: Fill up the details of your claim and select Apply to submit your application. You will receive a notification immediately upon submission of the application. Select OK in the notification box as shown below.
STEP 5: The status of your advance claims applications will be shown as below. You will be given two options when you click a claim application in the list;To View the application or to Cancel the application.
However, if you wish to filter your application history based on the application status. select Filter. Next, you may mark the application statuses according to your preference as shown below. Only applications with the marked statuses will be displayed in the list.
