Reporting Issues via Mobile App
If your employee encounters any issue or error while using the iWoWSoft mobile application, please follow the steps below to report the issue to iWoWSoft Support team:
STEP 1 : User login to the mobile app > Open the menu > Press About
STEP 2 : Press Report an Issue.
STEP 3 : Enter the details of the issue, such as the affected module and how the issue was encountered.
STEP 4 : Click on the Submit button, which will send the log file to our technical team for checking. Our support team shall then follow up with a trained admin user on the details of the issue encountered.
Note: Kindly do also record the Reference Number provided to ease tracing of the issue.
