Leave Conditional Addition
Step 1 ,2 & 3: Location: Leave->Leave Batch Entry-> Conditional Addition
Conditional Addition is used to create additional leave for employees in batch with the condition. The condition shall be according to the day type defined such as Public Holiday fall on Rest Day, Public Holiday fall on Off Day.
Steps to do :
Step 4: First of all, create a leave conditional addition at the screen as shown below by clicking create.
Step 5: Enter the title and select the leave type.
Step 6: Choose employees affected and move to the "Selected List" or you may advanced search on specific group of employee.
Step 7: Select the "Possible Encounter" as an example shown above and click save. Tick Auto process and also applies to all employees if you want to apply to all employees in the company.
