The function of Leave Adjustment is to allow the Company to manually add or deduct Leaves for the Employee. For example, Employee work during weekend hence Company need to adjust additional number of Leave for the Employee.

Step 4: You need to enter the Leave type for the Leave Adjustment. Choose from the drop down list of all the Leave Type available in the System.
Step 5: Set the effective date for the additional Leave to be in place.
Step 6: Set the days need to add or minus. Example: add days ( type in 2) if minus days (type in -2).
Step 6: Then key in number of days, reasons and remarks (if any) for the record in the system.
