How to Send Mobile Application User Log to Support ?
If your employee reports an error while using the iWoWSoft Mobile Application, please create a support ticket for troubleshooting. iWoWSoft support team may request for the following information.
- Screenshot of error message or issue encountered.
- Mobile app user log.
The user log can be sent for diagnostics directly via the mobile app. The steps to send the user log is provided below.
- Open the iWoWHRMS Mobile application
- Go to Menu
- Click on About
- Click on Report an Issue
- Fill up the details
- Click on Submit
