How to Send Mobile Application User Log to Support ?

If your employee reports an error while using the iWoWSoft Mobile Application, please create a support ticket for troubleshooting. iWoWSoft support team may request for the following information.

  • Screenshot of error message or issue encountered.
  • Mobile app user log.
The user log can be sent for diagnostics directly via the mobile app. The steps to send the user log is provided below.
  1. Open the iWoWHRMS Mobile application 
  2. Go to Menu 
  3. Click on About 
  4. Click on Report an Issue
  5. Fill up the details 
  6. Click on Submit
