EPF Account

Enter Company's EPF Account Number here. You may have multiple EPF Accounts here. However, do NOT forget to set one of them as the Default EPF account

Note: By default, the first EPF Account will be set as the Default EPF account.

 EPF Account Setting

Tick the box of 'Set As Default' to set this particular EPF Account as the Company's Default EPF Account.

Tick the 'Update Existing Employee' box to send email to notify Employees on the change of EPF Account.

 SOCSO Accounts

Similar to EPF Accounts, you may have multiple SOCSO Accounts here. The first SOCSO Account will be set as the Default SOCSO Account for the Company. If you want to change the Default SOCSO Account, tick the box of 'Set As Default'.

 Tax Account Number

Similar to EPF and SOCSO Accounts. You may have multiple Income Tax Accounts here, but the first one will be treated as the Default Tax Account automatically. If you want to change it, tick the box next to 'Set As Default'.

 ASN and Tabung Haji Account Number, Other Account Numbers

Here you can enter the other Statutory Account Number here, including EDI, Zakat, and HRDF accounts.
