9. How to adjust EA form amount manually?

Administrator allows to adjust employees' EA form amount individually. Some of the pay out or allowances is not part of payroll and the amount need to be display in the EA form. In this case, administrator able to adjust individual EA form amount. For examples, the tax perquisite and allowances (mobile phone) paid through finance department and is not capture in payroll which need to be display in EA form as well. Here is the feature enable administrator to adjust EA form amount.  

Location : Payroll -> Employee List -> Salary Entry

At salary entry screen, click (Setup) under "Statutory" and it will show "Employee Additional Tax Info" page in a new window.




To adjust EA manually, click on the button at the right side of the page as shown in image below.




You will reached a pop up windows with the page below. Administrator allows to key negative or position value to adjust the amount.  

 


 


The display of the EA form will adjusted with the filled up amount.
