When I apply for leave, there is a 'Reliever' column for me to choose from. What is Leave Reliever and how can it help me?

Leave Reliever is an advanced feature that allow a third person to temporarily assume the leave approve role for a manager who is on leave or not available to approve leave for a period of time. This feature is very useful to avoid a situation where when the manager (or leave approver) is on leave, nobody has the authority to approve leave on his or her behalf.
This feature can be enable by going to 'Leave -> Setup -> Leave Setup ->Group Policy and Schedule' and under the tab 'Workflow', tick the box 'Show Reliever Selection in Leave Application'.
Once this feature is enabled, Employee will see an additional column at the Leave Application page and they can select other Employees to be his or her Reliever.
