6.2. Withdraw Leave

Leave can be withdrawn by following these 6 simple steps.

IMPORTANT   : Leave application must remain pending for approval prior to withdrawal.

STEP 1 : Log in to iWoWSoft HRMS as an Employee.

STEP 2 : Click on Leave and kindly ensure that you are in the Employee tab as highlight in blue below.

STEP 3 : To withdraw leave, select Leave Application.

STEP 4 : Select the pending leave application to be withdrawn from the Leave Application History list. In this example, 01 September 2016.

STEP 5 : Click on the  [Withdraw]  button to withdraw the selected leave date.

STEP 6 : The withdrawal status can be seen on the Leave Application History list.
