With iWoW e-Expense, you can set how the Expense claim be pro-rated. We will show you how to do so in this article. 

Step 1 , 2 & 3: Go to Home -> Expense Claim -> Setup -> Expense Setup,

Step 4: Click 'Create' to create new Expense Prorate Policy. 

Step 5: Enter the Code and Description in the column. 

 There are two formulas that you can choose from. Enter the appropriate value in the column. 

Click 'Save'.
