Leave Workflow
This is where you set up the workflow for leave for this GPS (Group Policy and Schedule)
Leave Reliever
Tick this box to enable the Leave Reliever feature for this GPS. Click here to learn more about leave reliever.
Approving method
Choose which approving method that you prefer.
There are 2 options:
1. Route to next level approver(s) if no action taken after first 24 hours
2. Route to next level approver(s) after anyone from the first level approver has already approved.
Approving Level 1
You can define the approver for this GPS here. Click on the drop down list to show list of options available. You can even customer or create your own combination as approvers.
One of the best practice that we recommend will be to use 'New combination' and then create a new title group. Click here to learn more about Title Group.
Approving Level 2
Second Level approver.
More Levels
If 2 level is not enough, click on this to show more approving levels. You can have up to 5 approving level maximum.
Batch Approve Overtime Workflow
Define the batch approve overtime workflow here.
HR Information Update Workflow
Define how the workflow will be for any update or changes in HR information.
Leave C.C. Notify List
Key in the email that need to receive notification via CC email for any leave application. You can also use the 'Browse email' button to select emails in the system.
