5.5 Attendance - e-Overtime Email Alert
Question :
Why does system sent different Overtime e-mail alert for employees who are from the same GPS performing the same overtime and on the same day?
The system triggers Overtime e-mail alerts only when there's OT unit computed.
Answer :
The system triggers Overtime e-mail alert based on either these 2 conditions :
1) Depending on when the clocking data reaches the server. After which the AMS task will auto run according to scheduler to compute the OT unit.
2) Any changes on the Time Entry screen that result in OT unit differences.
