3.4 Employee Income Tax

Employee Income Tax is use to setup the employees' income tax group with child relief as well. 

How to migrate employee income tax group?

  1. Download the Employee Income Tax group template file as per attached or download at Payroll Home ->  General ->  Employee List -> Edit Employee ->  Income Tax Setting -> Click on Export button.
  2. Open with Excel (default) format for Microsoft Excel 2003 & above.
  3. Fill data for each column and further explanation for each column as below:

      4.  Save the migration file as per default Microsoft Excel (*.xls/.xlsx) format.


      5.  Click on Import button -> Click on Select File button to browse -> Click Data Import button to upload the completed file.
