3.3. How to approve Employee Information Update?

Approval is compulsory in order for the system to update the information to the database. Here are the steps to guide you how to approve, reject and revert changes of an employee information.

Step 1 ,2 & 3: Manager -> Approval Actions -> Employee Information Update Approval

Approval Status Type 
Click this button to view different types of approval status. There are 4 different types of approval status which are Pending, Rejected, Approved, or All.

View Changes Button
Click this button to view the changes of an employee information. You will be brought forward to the screen below. You can choose either to approve or reject the changes that the employee has requested.


  1. The change of original value with the edited value will be show on the screen. User are allowed to revert the changes of information by clicking on 'Revert' button.
  2. After user has clicked on the 'Revert' button, user will still need to click on the 'Approve' button to finalize the changes. 
  3. User able to click on 'Reject' button to reject the changes.
  4. After the approval process has been successful, the information will be updated to the employee records.
