Our System allows you to create a few type of Rounding System according to your needs. 

In this article, we will guide you on how to Create a new Rounding System and what are the key considerations while doing so. 

Firstly, go to Home -> System Setup -> System Setup -> Rounding Setup 

Click the 'Create' button to Create a new Rounding System. 

Enter the Code and 'Description' for your new Rounding System.

In this example, we use H20 as the Code and Description is 'Highest of 20'. 

Then you will need to decide the Rounding Method here. There are 7 Rounding Methods here available for you to choose from: 

No Rounding: The System will NOT round the figure

Round Down: System will Round Down to the Rounding Digit only (to be defined in the later stage) 

Round Up: System will Round Up to the Rounding Digit only 

Nearest: System will Round to the Nearest of the Rounding Digit

Lowest: 

Highest: 

Swedish Round: System will round to the nearest multiple of the smallest denomination of currency

Choose whichever that suits you. Then enter the Rounding Digit here. 

In this example, our Rounding Digit is 20. 

Click 'Save' and you have just completed creating a Rounding System here.
