3.11. Career Progression Reminder

Here is where you can set the email reminders before the employee's next career progression.

1. Go to HRIS -> General Main -> Career Progression Reminder Setting



1. Click on the ADD SUBSCRIPTION button to create a reminder setting.

2. Select the Career Progression you wish to have a reminder.

3. Set the number of days before the next career progression.

4. Click the envelope button to set the email notification recipient group.







  1. Click on the Letter button to set the Email Reminder format.
  2. Click on the  Plus button to add additional reminder.

    


Above is a sample format for Confirmation Due, the items in the square brackets are system commands to populate and map the relevant data accordingly.

Once the above is done, click on the Save button.
