3.10. How to use export & import features to migrate employee informations to new company?

iWoWHRMS provide the export/import feature which enables the user to ease the task of create employee records or migrate employee information. In order to migrate some of employees information to a new company, user are able to use advanced search to filter employees that need to be export for migration purposes.

Export employee information with advanced search filter

  1. Go to HRIS -> General Main -> Employee List.
  2. Click on Advanced Search button.

     3. Select Category by 'Employee Name' or 'Employee No.', tick on List and select employee under Available List into Selected List for export purpose.
         Then, click Search button.


4. Click on Export/Import button.

           

5. Click on Download Data button. You are able to download an *xml file which able to open with excel.

           

6. Next, user may proceed to select the New Company account. Go to HRIS -> General Main -> Employee List. Click on Export/Import button. 



7. Browse the earlier downloaded file of the Employee (from Old Company) and click on the Upload button.

Note: User may continue with export/import features for other information such as Working Experience, Emergency Contact, Family and etc.
